Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected changes can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Check Your Funding: If using NDIS or an HCP, confirm with your plan manager that physiotherapy is included in your budget. If using Medicare, ensure your GP has provided a valid management plan.

Referral Not Required: Private patients can book directly without a referral. Providers are also welcome to refer patients to us.

Hassle-Free Invoicing: For NDIS and other funded sessions, invoicing is managed directly with your plan provider for seamless payment processing.
